A man was seriously injured over the Labor Day Weekend after being slammed to the ground. Witnesses reported that the incident occurred after the victim attempted to intervene in a situation where a seemingly intoxicated man was harassing women. The intoxicated man, identified as 25-year-old Yander Joaquin, allegedly fractured the victim's left arm.

According to an arrest affidavit, Joaquin had been drinking and wanted to get food. The incident led to Joaquin's arrest.
