A recent college graduate is recovering from a brutal attack that left her paralyzed. The incident occurred in Wilmington, North Carolina, where the victim was staying with relatives. A suspect, identified as 26-year-old Isaac Ruiz, allegedly broke into the home and carried out the attack.
