A 1-year-old girl from Franklin County was found safe in Georgia after being abducted by her non-custodial mother. The mother had fled a courthouse with the child and an AMBER Alert was issued. The child was located in Cartersville, Georgia, following a search involving multiple agencies.

Technology, including license plate readers, played a role in the search. The non-custodial mother, Kasey Hill, faces multiple felony charges. Further details about the case and the events surrounding the abduction are available from WSMV 4 News.
