A Kentucky man who won a large Powerball prize has been arrested again. James Farthing, 51, was taken into custody on Monday. He is accused of domestic violence, with charges including strangulation and assault.

The arrest is the fourth for Farthing since he won $167 million in the Powerball last year. According to police, a verbal argument turned physical, resulting in visible marks on the female victim's neck. Farthing pleaded not guilty to the charges in Scott County District Court and was given a $15,000 bond.
