Developers have proposed a new hotel and plaza for downtown Nashville. The project would be located at 424 Church Street, currently the site of the Fifth Third Center. The planned hotel would stand 30 stories tall.

A new plaza area is also part of the proposal, which would include retail space and outdoor dining and bar areas. Further details, such as the hotel's name and design, have not been released. As of now, there is no timeline for construction.
