Davidson County Property Tax: Due Dates & How to Pay (2026)

When property taxes are due for Nashville homeowners and where to handle your bill, from official Davidson County sources. Updated July 2026.

Davidson County property tax statements are mailed the first week of October and are payable from October through the last day of February. Taxes unpaid after February 28 are delinquent and accrue interest of 1.5% per month under Tennessee law; the Metropolitan Trustee collects.
